There is a Nespresso Coffee machine in the kitchen and we provide a few coffee pods to get you started but you will have to purchase the additional pods at our local supermarket. Instant coffee and a selection of tea are there for you to use of course.

- Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors for security, noise control and privacy.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire furnished apartment so make yourself at home.
Other things to note
We undertake deep cleaning after each guest and disinfect common surfaces and floors to ensure you have a clean environment.

Please note the following House Rules before booking:
1. No smoking.
There is a strict no-smoking policy (including on balconies or terraces). Breaking this rule will incur a $300 fine plus the cost to clean and deodorize the property.

2. Strict NO PARTY policy.
No parties are permitted at any time. No unregistered guests are allowed. Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates. It is the responsibility of the guest who made the booking to ensure that any visitor/s also complies with our house rules

This property is in a residential area with permanent residents near by. We have a no party, no noise policy. If we get a complaint from a neighbor you will be asked to vacate immediately plus full bond will be claimed. No questions asked. If you are planning a party please book elsewhere.

3. No pets are allowed.

4. Children.
We welcome children of all ages to our property. Please take into consideration steps and balconies for the safety of your children before booking. Please note there are no baby gates or stair barriers, and supervision is the responsibility of the parents and/or guardians. Supervision of children around stairs, balconies, roads, driveways and all areas of the property and surrounds are the sole responsibility of accompanying parents/guardians and we don't accept no responsibility.

5. Please minimize noise between 10PM to 7 AM.
No excessive music or loud noise between 10PM to 7 AM to ensure our neighbors can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep. The majority of our neighbors live here full-time. If any neighbors report excessive noise, your stay could be terminated, and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the full reservation amount.

Great stay
This newish apartment is in a large modern block on floor 6. It has two bedrooms and a very large balcony. Car parking spot is in B2. Plenty of nice touches with the welcome tray, information pack etc. Comfortable bed. Kitchen has everything that you require. All in all a good stay for us.
