Spread across two levels, you'll enjoy use of two living areas—one upstairs and one downstairs. Open plan living invites you to cook up meals in the sleek, modern kitchen with a central island for conversations with the cook. Dine inside or make your way out to the expansive backyard with undercover seating for an alfresco meal cooked on the BBQ. An outdoor shower allows you to rinse away the sand after a day at the beach.

Downstairs, you’ll find a queen-size bedroom with balcony access for a sunny spot, and a single bedroom accompanied by a dedicated workspace to focus on work or study.
