About this property

Remodeled One Bedroom unit in the heart of inner southeast Portland. The unit has a walkscore of 93 which is a walker's paradise and bike score of 98. It is less than one mile to downtown and there is lots of public transportation within one block. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance making it possible to not have a vehicle if you would like. The unit is very modern with new hardwoods, tile, granite, and stainless steel. The beds are very comfortable and the unit should have everything you would need if you were coming from out of town. There is one queen bed in the bedroom but for an additional charge we can accommodate additional guests with some air mattresses.

Awesome property, close to everything

We loved our stay here. Everything was neatly remodeled, clean, and the unit had all the towels and kitchen items you'd ever need. The location is perfect, near tons of breweries and a block away from a nice grocery store. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to. We will most definitely stay here again - THANK YOU!

Great Apartment

The apartment is the perfect size for two people and in a great location. We walked to go eat and hang out. It was quiet, clean, and overall just a nice place to stay. The only issue we had was running out of hot water.

Clean, modern and great location

Place was as advertised. The kitchen living room and bedroom was all nicely well put together. I stayed on a weekend where the weather was in the 90’s (F) so the AC unit was a major plus! Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect home base

Stayed for 4 nts for a conference at the convention center. The apartment was a great way to get out of the convention center area and see a bit more. It is well-located near a great (but expensive) market and several breweries, and the size/configuration worked for the two of us. The portable AC unit worked surprisingly well for the 95+ temperatures! Thanks for a great visit.
