1 Week on Ocotillo

Family of 5 stayed here and were very comfortable. Everything in the home seemed to work fine. House did not seem to be cleaned too well before we got there. Bathrooms could have used some scrubbing. Backyard was absolute trash with debri all over and overgrown weeds. 1 kitchen chair was broken from previous guests or that's just how it had been. Neighborhood felt safe and was pretty quiet at night.

House barely used

We tried to cancel this, or at least get a partial refund because we could not use it. Since we couldn’t cancel we went by and checked the house and I always look under the kitchen sink. It was bad! Friends stayed for two nights and they reported that they had to share towels for 4 people -in a 3 bedroom house. Floors felt dirty and they didn’t feel comfortable going barefoot. Decor was dark and could use an update.
