Cultus lake and Aventure Park 15 minutes away. Close by to all groceries and department stores. Everything is within 10 minutes drive. This house is spacious and has a patio where you can have a bbq with your family and friends and enjoy indoors with central air conditioning.

Main floor has kitchen, living room and office space with a queen size pull out Murphy bed.
Upstairs has 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom comes has en suite bathroom.
Guest access
You will have full access to the main floor, upstairs top floor and backyard.
Other things to note
Basement and garage is close off and restricted. Shed is also restricted
