Tropical oasis vibe (yet close to everything)

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is so well appointed, stylish, and extremely comfy! Great location to beaches, restaurants on a quiet cul de sac. Enjoyed bird watching from backyard overlooking river. Communication with hosts was prompt & helpful.

Lovely place but need upkeep

The property was private, the pool was clean and the house was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay, but the place needs upkeep. There were two high deck chairs in the back where the wood was rotten and if someone sat in them they would have a nasty fall. Some of the deck planks were rotted so I would suggest children not walking on them, the kyack didn't have paddles or life preservers, many of the windows in the house didn't lock. The side gate that leads into the pool area and the housed didn't have a lock so anyone could enter the house via the pool gate. I suggested these changes to the owner and a check list of things that the renter needs to do, such as where and when to take the garbage out, what needs to be recycled, etc.

Riverfront Pool House

This house has a terrific layout with split bedrooms far from the family room tv. Lovely views and comfortably furnished. Large pool and heated spa. Nice private quiet spot on the water. All the comforts of home. Host was in touch and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!
