A two-minute walk from the Yarra River, you'll be situated in the modern and stylish building, Eden, with close proximity to the CBD and other trendy Melbourne suburbs including Fitzroy, Richmond and South Yarra. The communal rooftop is decked out with loungers and BBQ areas and boasts sensational views of the river and city, while wellness amenities include a shared outdoor pool, two spas and a steam room.

Upon entering the apartment, the hallway leads to a light-filled, open plan kitchen and living area. In the kitchen, you will find all the basics including a dishwasher for easy cleanup, and a breakfast bar for sharing meals indoors. There is also a corner table for dining or to be used for setting up your laptop.

Graced by floor-to-ceiling glass door of the balcony that frame elevated views of the complex, the living area offers a comfortable leather couch, a wall-hung TV and a glass table for resting your morning coffee on. The queen bedroom shares these outdoor views and offers mirrored wardrobes and bedside tables for some light reading before dozing off. Freshen up in the modern bathroom with a spacious shower and vanity, while an in-unit washing machine adds to the urban-living convenience.

**Please note, all linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.

**Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If guests want to receive mail they will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Apologies in advance, but council restrictions do not allow us to set up lockboxes for keys in this area. Our meet-and-greet service will incur an additional fee of $30 for check-ins after 8 pm, and $60 after midnight. Thank you for understanding.
