Welcome to your Lakeside Retreat, which is perched beside the peaceful Earltown Lake and offers breathtaking views. This hidden gem is perfect for those who love enjoying the outdoors and still enjoy the luxury of having a comfortable spot to sleep at night. Come unwind and spend the night at the Lakeside Retreat!

The Cottage is open concept with a beautiful vaulted ceiling and skylights. There are three bedroom - two with queen beds and one with bunk beds!

Kitchen/BBQ – The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. We provide pots, pans and the kitchen essentials needed for everyday use. We also provide a BBQ for guests to use, which is located on the side of the cottage.

Bathroom – We have a fully equipped bathroom with a tub/shower, sink and toilet. We provide towels for our guests during their stay.

Temperature Control – The cottage is equipped with a heat pump which is ideal for cooling and heating! There is also additional baseboard heating to help make the cottage toasty warm in the winter months if you so choose. Don't forget about the cozy wood fireplace too!

Hot Tub - We have a wood fired hot tub for you to relax and enjoy all year round!

Peaceful getaway

We all enjoyed our stay at this peaceful lakeside cottage. The cottage decor is relaxing and very comfortable, and has everything you need. The large deck overlooking the lake is beautiful, and has multiple comfortable seating areas. Beds are very comfortable. The cottage is close to Tatamagouche and Truro, and also to nothing if you choose to enjoy the surrounding nature. Hosts were quick to reply to any questions. We had a great time here, and definitely recommend this cottage.
