Great place but communication could have been better

Great clean place and very well put together. However, there was no cutlery at all. Not sure if they had forgotten to put the set back in after washing. Communication was okay. We had called and asked about the wifi password because it wasn’t written anywhere. It took the person taking our call quite a while to (a) find the property we were staying at; (b) find our booking and (c) find the wifi password. This call deterred me from asking about the cutlery.
