This basement suite features lockpad with private entrance with stairs going down to your own private suite of 2 bedrooms and a bath. There is Netflix/Youtube option and PS4 with some exciting games. We provide self serve breakfast options and foam beds for your comfort.

Close to Fish creek park, mins away from the nearest bus stop, 6 mins away from Southcentre mall. Free roadside parking available. We the owners live upstairs with our family.
The space
As you park at the front of our house, you will have to walk all the way to the backyard to find the entrance to the basement suite. Beside the main entrance door, you'll find a lock pad where you enter the given password. Once you are inside, walk down the stairs to the basement and you will find the main door of the suite. To your left, you have your own closet to hang your jackets and coats. To your right, is the mechanical room and laundry.
