Superb ski in/out location. Brand new 3 Bedroom condo just steps away from the ski in/out to the Orient Chair. Open concept main floor with kitchen island & bar and eating area. Kitchen is well equipped with all appliances. Million dollar view of Mount Tod from the hot tub. Enjoy watching the groomers on Mount Todd while you soak away the cold in the 6 person hot tub. Large garage to store skis and heated boot room for easy access to equipment in the morning and stowage after a long day of skiing.

About the host

Your host

Steve and I have been skiing at Sun Peaks for 25 years and spend most of the winter there in our townhouse. This is the 3rd home we have had in Sun Peaks and we rent our unit for a limited time during Christmas & New year while we go home to Ontario to be with our children over Christmas.

Why they chose this property

Altitude is a new development in Sun Peaks and was just finished in April of 2023. It has marvelous views and excellent ski in/out access to the resort. The development is quiet and has great views of the resort.

What makes this property unique

Our townhouse is an open concept design on the main floor with a wonderful big kitchen island central to the floor plan. Large eating area and a cozy living area with fireplace and large flat screen TV. Our hot tub is just outside the main floor with excellent views of the mountain.
