Furthermore, it includes access to community pools throughout the Resort, three signature Golf Courses - designed by Arnold Palmer, Tom Watson, and Jack Nicklaus -, Golf Short Game Practice Area, Tennis Centre, Miniature Golf Course, Pickleball, FootGolf, Bocce Ball, Volleyball Court, included bicycles for 1 hour per day, shuttle service throughout the resort and to Walt Disney World, Golf Cart Rental, and Eleven - Rooftop Bar/Restaurant After Hours Cover Entry, and Eleven - Rooftop Bar/Restaurant After Hours Cover Entry! There are also many more sports courts to enjoy within the community.** This magnificent resort is located at the intersection of Old Lake Wilson Rd. and Sinclair Road, just in front of I-4.
This large floor plan features 1,354 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, open kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets. The whole condo has new vinyl flooring and paint throughout, beautiful wallpaper was added to the living room as accent walls.
The Master bedroom comes with a King bed with Smart TV, a large walk-in closet and a spacious en-suite master bathroom with double sinks. The two other bedrooms have a king size bed and two twin beds, both with with Smart TVs. The open and spacious balcony is accessible from the living area as well as the master suite.
All three bedrooms are designed with comfort and relaxation in mind and offer plenty of space and storage for guests. With these charming and inviting bedrooms, you'll feel right at home during your stay.

1. Reservation Confirmation and Rental Agreement: upon confirmation of your reservation, we kindly request that you sign our rental agreement as soon as possible. 2. Online Verification Process: to maintain the safety and security of all our guests, we require completion of an online verification process. - Pet Policies: we don’t accept pets of any kind. If you have a service animal please contact our reservations department for registration instructions.
- Refundable Damage Deposit: please note that all our vacation homes require a refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be charged to your payment method two days prior to your arrival. It serves as a precautionary measure to cover any potential damages incurred during your stay. Rest assured that the deposit will be refunded up to 7 business days after your departure, provided no damages are reported.
Additional Amenities: we provide options such as a BBQ Grill, Pool Heater, Baby Cribs, High Chairs, Strollers, Rollaway Beds, and Pack'n Plays. Please note that these amenities come with an additional cost, which is not included in your total reservation amount. If you wish to include any of these services, kindly let us know so we can arrange them and add the charges accordingly.
