Nice basement apartment near the beach

Nice apartment with updated appliances, Web TV, he had good air conditioning. It is literally across the street from the beach, it was a nice relaxing vacation spot. You can. smell what they’re cooking upstairs, but we didn’t mind at all.

Cute Little Place

Sophia's place worked perfectly for our needs, and was clean and well kept when we arrived. No issues with anything, and we really enjoyed the time we spent there. The space is cosy, casual, and welcoming; and right across the street from the ocean. Thanks again for a great weekend and would love to stay again in the future!

Overall experience above expectations

Great location, close to the beach. The unit is comfortable, equipped with everything you need, very clean. The owner introduced herself before vacation started, and the following communication was very easy. Thank you Sophia for a great stay!

Bugs

There were roaches all over the kitchen. Although you are a couple minutes from the beach, I wouldn't stay here again. The roaches seem to get more aggressive with our stay. Mostly likely because we were using the space and we had food. They were all over the cupboards where our dishes were so I would have wash them off before each use. Also, we stayed down stairs not upstairs. I guess when I was booking I didn't understand this... there was another family above us. While they were nice people, hearing them run around with their kiddos wasn't very relaxing. Also, parking was an issue. Its a simple driveway. They had loads of people and when we showed up, felt very unwelcome. They had to 'share' the driveway and they had about 3 or 4 cars to our one. One night one of them parked on the street and they got a ticket. (They came down and told us about it, and also asked to park on the other side of the driveway so as not to get another ticket.) Luckily we didn't but that is literally the last thing anyone wants on vacation! If you do rent this place, good luck! I won't be staying again.

Sophia Place

We had a wonderful vacation. The rental was clean, cozy, relaxing its was everything you needed. The area is quiet and beach access right across the road. I will go back there next time I'm in town. I recommend to anyone. The owner is a great lady and will do everything to make you stay comfortable. Sit on the porch while drinking coffee and listening to the waves.
