The Space:
Enjoy the comforts of home in style! We have a beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a SmartTV, a desk/workspace, and more! This chicly-styled apartment accommodates sleeping for up to two people. Driveway parking is available for guests.

Guest Access:
This is one of three apartments. This unit is located downstairs. Guests have access to the entire apartment with a private entrance, and no shared spaces.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Midtown Augusta, the property is just a short drive away from The Augusta National Golf Course (4.2 miles), The Augusta Regional Airport (7.8 miles), Plant Vogtle (3.81 miles), and Downtown Augusta (2.7 miles).

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
