Featuring an plan living area upstairs with large dining table and comfortable spacious sofa. Overflow to the north facing balcony with remote controlled awning that covers part or whole of tiled balcony, providing another space t relax.

Perfect for those balmy nights sitting with a glass of wine as the sun sets, overlooking the garden.

The 2 Main bedrooms have sliding doors to a large deck transitioning you onto your private oasis - a Zen Garden filled with pungas, reeds, natives and statement statue, all coming to life in the evening with LED lighting throughout. Perfect for romantic nights in the 2 person spa (additional cleaning fee applies)

A fully equipped, east facing kitchen to get the morning sun. A 55 inch TV, that you’ll be assured of falling asleep in front of. Themed retro original art pieces.

Main bedroom has a queen bed (medium with latex topper), mood lighting and 50 inch tv with ensuite , double shower and full double mirrored wardrobe. Access to the garden and spa via sliding doors onto the deck

Second room has a firm king bed with topper, full double wardrobe and an uninterrupted view of the garden.

Third room has a double soft to medium bed with the late afternoon light streaming in. Second bathroom next door.

Double garage with sensor lighting, internal access to house, weight bench, washing machine & dryer. Access to washing line via rear door
