The unit comprises of 2 comfortable queen beds (sleeps 4 people), a recliner sofa, 4 seater dining table and a 43" TV with firestick included. The unit also has in-suite laundry. We welcome Infants and people with pets as well. The place is quiet, clean and away from all hustle bustle.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is up north which is close to downtown and airport but still not that crowded. The community has golf course, spa centers, grocery stores, proximity to good eating joints and quick exit to the biggest mall in Calgary (Cross Iron Mills).

It also has nice walking trails, a storm water pond and some nice parks to hang out in. It is well connected by local transit to downtown and Airport for easy access.

What makes this property unique

The property has a side separate entrance for guests, It is a completely standalone unit with comfortable mattresses and Recliner sofa for guest to enjoy.
