Not to worry, Broadbeach is home to some of the trendiest and bougiest cafes and restaurants on the Gold Coast.

A shared pool available within the building for guests to enjoy during their stay. Putting you right in the middle of Broadbeach, there are plenty of things to do nearby as well. You can catch a wave or get your feet wet at the nearby beach that spans a staggering sixteen kilometres; plenty of sand and sea to explore. If you want something with a little more ‘zing!’, you can grab a show at either the Pink Flamingo or Dracula’s Cabaret and experience some of the best dancing, magic, acrobatics, and comedy shows, among many other experiences.

Broadbeach also has plenty in the way of shopping; the nearby shopping centre features more than 400 hundred stores to pique your fancy, and there are plenty of boutiques and alternative stores. On the first and third Sunday of every month, you’ll be able to find the best and most unique handmade treasures at the local art and craft markets.

Safety: There is a pool and stairs on the premises. Please note there is no elevator to get to the unit.

Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.

Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
