Plus, you'll have access to a great beach with 24-hour security for peace of mind. As an added bonus and a small fee, you can access the amenities at EL Tigre Golf and Country Club.

What’s available at El Tigre Country Club? For $1,000 MXN per adult per stay, you have access to:

- BEACH CLUB (Please note that non-outside food or beverages are not allowed on the premises, and all consumption must be from the beach club's offerings.)

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the condo plus access to the beach, a beautiful swimming pool, a whirlpool, sun loungers, and BBQ.

The Neighborhood:
Nuevo Vallarta, home to Ocean Vista Residences, is a picturesque beachfront destination on the Pacific coast of Mexico. Travelers are treated to pristine beaches, world-class golf courses, and a wealth of water sports activities nearby. Dining options abound, offering a taste of Mexican and international cuisine, while vibrant nightlife can be found in nearby Puerto Vallarta. Nature enthusiasts can explore the diverse marine life of Banderas Bay, go whale-watching, or venture into lush tropical forests for hiking and wildlife encounters.

Getting Around:
The Ocean Vista Residences is APPROXIMATELY 10.8 km | 6.7 from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR).

Other Things to Note:
For guests staying between 3-14 nights who would like to access the communal amenities such as the Beach Club, golf course, and the "El Tigre" Sports & Racquet Club, and more at an extra charge of $1,300 MXN per person per stay. Golf is also available at an additional fee, and guests should make their own tee time reservations (subject to availability).

Check-in is from 4 pm to 9 pm at no cost. Late check-in from 9 pm to 11 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN. Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange cleaning during your stay, one can be arranged at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a mandatory weekly cleaning.

The resort requires identification for all the persons staying in the home at least 7 days prior to arrival.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 24 years of age or older to book.
- Families with children are always welcome.
- For groups, we ask that all members be at least 24 years old.
- All guests must provide a government ID before arrival. Failure to do so will prevent access to the property.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed; this includes tobacco and cannabis, and the use of any recreational drugs on the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $200 USD penalty and will cause you to be banned from the premises.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. If damages/loss incurred exceed the security deposit, you will be charged accordingly upon checkout and must pay in cash.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Towels are not for beach usage. Only beach towels are permitted in common areas.
- Please do not hang towels over railings or balconies.
- We are not responsible for any type of loss or valuables left behind.
- We are not responsible for any accidents related to the guests or companions inside the premises or complex.
*Any fault in complying with the comment before will cause a direct cancelation of the booking without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:
You will be received by the host, who will hand you the keys personally.
You’ll have complete privacy in the apartment during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
