Nestled in a central yet serene location, your cabin was once the original community center for Downtown Mammoth! It has all the necessities sparkled with hints of history from the Old Mammoth town for your ideal getaway. You won't want to leave :)

You will have access to the entire space and will be given a unique key code to access the digital lock on the front door.

You are also welcome to use the outside space, tables, and chairs.

This desirable location puts you close to local grocery stores, hiking access points, the ski resort, coffee shops, restaurants and parks.

One parking space is available with easy access to the cabin.

While I won't be meeting you on site, since you can check in on your own, I am just a message away should you need anything. I have the help of some trusted friends that are available 24/7.

We will make our housekeeper's contact available to you as well should you want to coordinate to keep your place nice and tidy during your stay.

Personal or Rental Car: Having a car is the most convenient way to get around Mammoth Lakes, especially for accessing nearby trails, lakes, and ski resorts. It's particularly useful in winter when some areas might be less accessible by public transport.

Free Town Shuttle: Mammoth Lakes offers a free shuttle service that operates around the town and to popular destinations like Mammoth Mountain and the Lakes Basin. This is a great option for guests who prefer not to drive, especially since it services many key areas.

Biking: In the warmer months, biking can be a pleasant and efficient way to explore the town and nearby natural attractions. There are several bike rental shops in Mammoth Lakes.

Walking: You will be staying in the downtown area so many of the local amenities like restaurants, shops, and some attractions can be easily accessed on foot.

➤ If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking

➤ Guests must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)

➤ We will place a deposit hold on your credit card two days before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur and it will be released after your check out. If we fail to capture your security deposit, your reservation will automatically be cancelled

➤ We would like to inform you that a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform's cancellation policy

➤ Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information

➤ As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property

➤ A cleaning fee of $165 for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit (or through Airbnb resolutions)

➤ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible

➤ Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

➤ No parties or events allowed

➤ NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed

➤ There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund

➤ Late check-out fee of $150 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them

➤ Pets allowed. We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
● No more than two animals
● Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets (doggy doo-doo bags are provided)
● Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated
● We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy. Dogs no larger than 20 lbs

➤ Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos

➤ For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera

➤ Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week

➤ If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs

➤ If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation. Thank you for understanding
