Live By The Lake in The Wonderful Complex Of Whitby's Luxurious Waterside Villa. We offer 1 private Bedroom and shared 1.5 washrooms with shared Living, Dining and Kitchen with other guests. Our New home is next to the Beach & close to Highway 401 & Go Station. It is also near all major amenities including grocery stores, drug mart, laundromats, banks and restaurants. Enjoy the Beach at Walking Distance & Stunning Sceneries of Various Parks in the Area. This is a Perfect Getaway Place to Explore in Whitby. (This is just a room, not entire apartment)

- One parking spot available on the driveway or visitor parking or on street (Scadding Ave).
- Steps away from the bus stop. and Whitby GO station

Person looking after property was not very good. Late night house cleaning keeping me awake . 130am checkin. All was very inconsiderate to others renting a room. Would not recommend if you need a good night sleep.
