The recently constructed condominium complex features an impressive rooftop lounge equipped with a refreshing pool with access for the mobility impaired, comfortable sun loungers for your leisure, shaded spaces, and a communal gym to ensure you can maintain your daily exercise routine!

The condo comes with all the necessities to guarantee a cozy stay, including a modern kitchenette equipped with brand-new appliances, most notably, there's a coffee maker to jumpstart your mornings! You'll also discover an indoor dining table that's ideal for enjoying a meal or using it as a workspace if necessary. For a fee of $40 USD, we can stock the condo with groceries. Just provide us with a list!

The sitting area has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to your private balcony, and the sofa can accommodate 1 guest if needed.

The Neighborhood:
What a great location! You’ll be just 2 blocks from the famous 5th Avenue, lined with restaurants, bars, cafes, boutique shops, souvenir shops, vibrant malls and more! Plus, you’ll be within a few minutes from WalMart and within a 10-minute walk from some of the best beach clubs in Playa del Carmen!

Getting Around:
The property is located about 53 km | 33 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). There is 1 underground assigned parking spot at the property if you come by car.

Please note that there are security cameras pointing at common areas such as staircases, shared pool, corridors, parking.

For stays of 8 days or longer, there is a required mid-stay cleaning that must take place at a fee of $55.55 USD. This fee will be collected during the check in process. The service will include change of linen and towels but not dishwashing. We will coordinate the cleaning date and time with you.

- There is a potential for noise as this property is located in the heart of downtown.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $334 USD fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. Hosting a party is not allowed and will result in a fee starting at $223 USD. Note that the exact fee may depend on the specific circumstances of the party.
- Electricity is not included in stays longer than 14 nights. It’s charged at a rate of $8 MXN per kilowatt of consumption, calculated on the meter reading difference at check-in and check-out.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- If the keys are lost or not returned at check out, there is a replacement fee of $1000 MXN.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

Interaction with Guests:
If you’re arriving between 3 pm and 5 pm our local contact will give you the code to access keys in the lockbox personally. Otherwise, pick them up at reception. They'll ask you to sign a form for them.
