Well presented home with friendly hosts

Greeted on arrival by the host who took the time to explain all the property features. Great for the whole family with seperate living areas and a great outdoor fully screened in patio, lush backyard with a good size pool to relax in and cool down. Great all round facilities.

Spotless & comfortable

We had a great stay and Adrian and Gayle’s property. We have had quite a few holiday rentals, and this one was the cleanest by far. The place was absolutely SPOTLESS. There was not one speck of dust or dirt, and everything was immaculately presented. We were very comfortable staying there. The beds were comfy, there was a great amount of space, and we all really enjoyed the pool. Pelican Waters is a beautiful spot, nice and quiet. The only suggestion I would leave to Adrian and Gayle would be to add some extra seating (if you are allowing up to 8 people to stay at your property). With 7 of us in our family, it was hard to have a sit down meal together as there were only 6 seats at the dining table and outdoor table. Not a criticism, just a suggestion. We honestly could not fault the place. Adrian welcomed us when we arrived to e sure we knew how to work everything. They provided some activities and treats, knowing we had our kids/teens with us. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property, we enjoyed ourselves 😊
