Bright, spacious and furnished 1 Bed + Den + Balcony on 23rd floor of downtown condo with unobstructed views. Available March 1st onwards, and suitable for a single person, a couple or a new family.
Rent includes internet, hydro, electricity, and is fully furnished (see below for complete list of items.) Parking and locker not available but easy to rent from other tenants.
The building is at Front and Spadina, and only 5-10 min walk from from the lake, CN Tower, Union Station, King St. West, Financial District, Chinatown, St. Lawrence Market + easy in/out of the city with Gardiner Expressway only 2-min away.
The building has a full-length indoor swimming pool, hot tub, gym, basketball and badminton courts.
Looking for a 1-year lease but will consider a shorter stay for the right person. First and last month's rent on signing. Tenant insurance required before moving in.
FURNISHINGS: The condo comes with a queen bed w/ storage, pull-out sofa-bed with storage, bookshelf, dining table, coffee table, TV, standing/sitting work desk, a dresser drawer, hallway console, futon and other misc items. If there are things you don't need, it can be negotiated. Please note the pics are from when I lived there a year ago. The unit is currently occupied by a tenant so the set-up will look different from the pics.
