Perfect location and great apartment!

We are from the United States and rented this property from 3/21/14-3/28/14. The apartment was perfect for my wife and I, we were able to cook quite a bit of food ourselves, do laundry, and other things that made visiting Brazil much easier. The apartment is in a great location, so you can walk to Copacabana or Ipanema beach, and it's also walking distance to the Subway station which is a HUGE plus in Rio. The renters were super helpful and friendly, they accomodated our travel schedule and helped us out in many ways. It was a great trip and a great rental choice!

We really enjoyed our stay

The apartment is very nice, clean and with all the necessities, washer, etc. The kitchen is well-equipped. The location is perfect: just next to Copacabana, walking distance from metro, supermarkets, etc. Good view from the window. Everything was just as described and shown on the photos. Owners were easy to contact and helpful. I would recommend it to everybody.

Perfeito!

Ótimo apartamento, muito bem localizado com todo tipo de comércio nas proximidades. Pontos de ônibus ao lado, fácil acesso a todos os pontos turísticos e praias do Rio. Apartamento reformado, novinho, limpo, e os proprietários pensam em todos os detalhes para nos fazer sentir em casa. Todos os meus vários e-mails com dúvidas foram prontamente respondidos. Apartamento excelente!!

Eu e meu marido passamos 10 dias no período do carnaval. O apartamento é muito bem localizado, fica perto de tudo. É igualzinho o que vemos nas fotos. Tudo muito arrumado e bem limpinho. Os proprietários, dona Thereza e seu Luis, são pessoas muito corretas e que nos atenderam muito bem. Com certeza indico! Pretendemos voltar!

Excelente estadia, otima localizacao e o flat muito confortavel. Os proprietarios sao muito atenciosos Thereza e Luis Carlos. Fiquei com meu namorada os primerios dias de março. O apto era igual ás fotos, perqueno mas arrumado e confortável e fica perto de tudo o que alguém precisar. Organizado, limpo e confortável

Morei quase 4 meses neste apartamento, posso dizer que foi minha casa, por isso, falo com certo conhecimento. Primeiramente, o casal proprietário sempre respeitou o contrato, agindo de forma bastante cautelosa. Ajudou em vários pontos, como a inclusão de internet, reparos e etc. Parabéns. Sobre o imóvel: apartamento compacto e agradável. Tem tudo. Não senti falta de nada. Então, se deseja um apartamento pequeno e confortável, este é o ideal. Já estou sentindo falta. MARAVILHOSO !!

Somos do Uruguai, ficamos no apartamento 6 dias com minha mãe e uma tia, a descrição do inmóvel e a localização é realmente como está no site, e ainda melhor, não dá vontade de ir embora. A limpeza e a manuntenção é muito boa, as pessoas que trabalham na porteria são por demais amáveis, estão ali as 24 hs, olhando as câmeras de segurança, para saber quem entra ou sai do prédio. Está localizado a 30 minutos de táxi do aeroporto e perto de tudo. Somente a uns pasos tem muitos restaurantes de comida por kg , pizzarias, super mercados, drogarías, lojas, bancos, alí vai encontrar o que quiser. E a quarteirão e médio o mais importante para nós, a beleza e a segurança da praia de Copacabana. Já estamos recomendando o apartamento para amigos e familiares. Os propietários Thereza e Luis, são pessoas maravilhosas, por demais hospitaleiras, realmente foi um verdadeiro prazer conhecê-los. Para a próxima vez já sabemos onde ficar no Rio.
