Recently remodeled 3/2 canal front home, centrally located within the City of Marathon in the desirable neighborhood of Paraiso Estate . Roof, air conditioning, plumbing, and wiring all new in 2015. New furnishings, appliances, and bath/ kitchen fixtures throughout. Bring the boat, with deep water room for up to a 40+ footer, and only a short few minute ride out to the open Ocean. Extensive tropical landscaping on the property gives that private feeling on the back patio after a fun filled day. Or, if you prefer, just relax in the hot tub each evening, and watch the sun set. This is the home to enjoy all that the Fabulous FL Keys has to offer!

Perfect Florida Paradise
This property was wonderful! We fell in love with the house, especially the screened in back porch. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, feeling like you are in a treehouse amongst the palm trees. The property was super clean, well maintained, comfortable, and spacious. Our family of five had plenty of room. The canal behind the house added to the charm, on more than one occasion manatees swam by, which was very neat to watch. The host’s communication was excellent. He was dry friendly, prompt, and informative about the whole rental process, he was also great with local recommendations. From the best restaurants to bait shops, he had great tips. I can’t say enough good things about this property and the host. The house is much better than others around. It’s a tropical paradise. We look forward to returning!

Holiday getaway.
Excellent family vacation spot for families with teenagers. Direct Atlantic access with fishing in minutes. Close to bait shops, Publix for groceries, fuel, restaurants. Excellent freezer and refrigerator space, bait freezer and deep canal access. 3 full baths and sleeping accommodations for 8. The hot tub is great feature. Keith was excellent in communicating throughout the rental process. Bonus is there is plenty of parking.

Family Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! Our house contract was very informative, helpful and quick to return messages. The photos are an accurate representation of the house inside and out. The house is nicely stocked with basic necessities. The kitchen offers all of your needs including plenty of pots and pans and up to date appliances. There is plenty of room for our boat and the area also offers a green light for night fishing.

Our first Vrbo experience in Marathon Keye
We had the most pleasant experience beginning with the property manager ,Keith who answered every question and informed us of weather conditions so we could plan our fishing excursions accordingly. The house is perfect size with everything a visitor could need for their vaca . Would highly recommend.

My name is Keith, I am almost a FL native moving down when I was three years old, and growing up in Sarasota County. I have 5 awesome kids, and a loving wife Crissy.

John is my partner in the house (and my uncle). He has also been a Sarasota resident since 1989, when he moved down from Rhode Island. He has two grown kids, and one grandchild from each. He is married to his wife Lorraine..

Why they chose this property

Growing up in FL, I was fortunate that my parents bought a condo in Islamorada back in the 1980's. They kept the place until 2002 - when they broke my heart and sold it. Ever since, I have had the dream to own a place in the Keys. I was fortunate to have my Uncle as a willing participant in the home. We wanted a place in Marathon preferably for the better traffic conditions, compared to Islamorada, and all the retail and restaurants within a stone's throw. We were fortunate to find this home on 75th St!
