Fraser St. v.s. 49th Ave, very close to Langara College, 5-minute walking distance to the market, coffee shop, and restaurants. No.8 bus stop is just across the street, which can easily take you to Downtown Vancouver. Also, the No. 49 bus can take you to UBC. Canada Line is just 3 bus-stop distance.
The futon is only available for the 5th person.

Quick vancuver stay

Overall not happy with the property. It was very small and not well equipped. They didn't give us wash cloths or enough towels. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and should be thrown out. The extra futon was so small it was meant for a child. I don't recommend this space for more than 4 people if those 4 people don't mind sharing a bed. I don't recommend for long stays.
