This retro apartment comes with a full kitchen, water views and a shared rooftop terrace for alfresco dining.
An eclectic mix of retro and seaside furnishings is perfectly fitting for this apartment’s St Kilda locale. Bathed in light, an open plan design coupled with full-length windows create a mesmerising backdrop of bayside blues.

Clad in timber, the kitchen comes well equipped for your holiday catering with modern appliances and cooking utensils. There’s a 60's inspired dining table for meals at home or to use for setting up a laptop if you’re on a working holiday. In the evening, head out and immerse yourself in St Kilda’s nightlife, or take things slow on the lounge with your favourite book. Head up to the shared rooftop terrace for a sundowner, taking in the panoramas.

You’ll sleep easily in a queen-sized bed, topped with crisp white linens for your stay. There’s plenty of wardrobe space for your belongings and an enclosed balcony for more of those sea-swept views. The bathroom is neat and well-presented with a combination bathtub shower and plush towels.

Free parking is provided for one car. You’ll also have access to a laundry room within the building, adding to your everyday convenience.

Please note, all linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.

Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If you want to receive mail you will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Council restrictions do not allow us to set up lockboxes for keys in this area. Our meet-and-greet service will incur an additional fee of $35 after 9pm for key handovers and If you are running late to meet our greet person please let us know asap. We will need to charge $50 per hour for late arrival to meet our greet person. Thank you for understanding.
