About this property
Beautiful comfy Grayhawk home w a pool. 5 minutes to Phoenix Open
Beautiful home in a quiet North Scottsdale neighborhood. Minutes to restaurants, shops, WM Phoenix Open, Grayhawk golf club, Sprouts, Whole Foods, the Mayo Clinic and more. This is where my family spends our winters so we care about this house tremendously and hope that you treat it with the same level of love. The house has a salt water pool, a pool table, and some games.
Every bedroom has a TV. There are two parking spots available in the driveway. No street parking is allowed. Guests don't have access to the garage. Hot tub is not available for guest use. We love your furry friends but sadly we are allergic and can't accommodate them in the house. No parties allowed. Quiet hour is 9pm. If our neighbors complain about noise the rental will be terminated immediately. Renters must purchase short term rental insurance to rent this property.
We sincerely hope you enjoy this property as much as we do. The sunsets are beautiful. We love taking a walk on the local trails in the evenings and our son loves to walk to to the local playground.
