This is a very central CBD apartment, everything is convenient. Walking distance to Melbourne central shopping mall, Victoria Market, close to RMIT University. Public transport is easily accessible for taking you on a short trip to CBD, Melbourne Museum, Crown Casino. If you really enjoy the beachside is just further way to St Kild Beach and Lunar Park.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Filthiest apartment we have ever stayed in. From used cigarette butts scattered over balcony, human hair on rugs, carpets, bathroom. Kitchen and utensils filthy. The only clean items were towels and sheets, broken roller blind that could not be retracted to enjoy view therefore lounge area was blacked out for our entire stay. Please do not waste your money on this apartment. Not only filthy but very expensive for what it is. Host/owner should be reviewed
