Welcome to this Cozy and private Studio basement apartment in Huron Park Area This basement in a newly built house has 9 ft ceiling so provides better air circulation. For Guest's comfortable stay there are 2 twin beds available alongwith a 4-seater couch. A private kitchen, attached full bathroom and laundry is also available.
Amenities provided includes wifi Internet, Toaster, Microwave, Coffee maker, Refrigerator, an Almirah and a cooktop.
One car parking is also available on driveway.

This 585 sqft basement is part of a detached house where Host stays on main and second floor. Ideally located at 10 mins drive to Conestoga college-doon campus or downtown campus. 7 mins drive to Highway 401. Restaurants, parks, grocery stores are within 5 mins drive.
Guest access
Guests will have independent access to basement from Garage. Garage door remote will be given to guests for use during the stay.

Please leave garage remote on the shoe rack while checking out
Please put used towels in the washer and do take out garbage bag and leave it in Garage bins
