The Space:
The most amazing thing about this apartment is its breathtaking views. There is literally a great view from every room! It is also very spacious and in a great location, within in easy walking distance of major attractions, shopping and restaurants.

Whether in Melbourne on business or leisure the apartment is a great space to base yourself.

The large entry and hallway leads to the dining and kitchen area, then onto the bedrooms (each bedroom has its own ensuite!) and large lounge room with balcony overlooking the Yarra River, Crown Casino, Southbank Promenade and out over the Bay.

The large master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and a fantastically appointed ensuite, complete with spa bath. The second and third bedroom can either be made with a king bed or they can be split into 2 king single beds, depending on your needs.

The lounge features comfortable leather sofa, large television and a desk and work area for those in Melbourne on business.

The kitchen comes fully equipped and includes a dish washer, an electric and gas cook top, oven, microwave. While sitting at the six seater dining table you also enjoy the Melbourne city views. The apartment also has a washing machine and dryer.

Guest Access:
The standard check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am or earlier. We try to be flexible when we can so just let us know what time you plan or arriving. If the apartment is still being cleaned you will be able to collect keys and drop your bags from 1030, however the apartment is cleaned without the guests being there.

You have the entire apartment to yourself. The apartment comes with free wifi, two car parks and access to the pool.

Please note vehicles over 1.85m high will not be able to park in the garage due to height restrictions.

The Neighborhood:
Your apartment is located with Melbourne city centre and close to all the major city attractions, shopping and restaurants. It is directly across the river from Crown Casino and vibrant southbank promenade. It is also within very easy walking distance of the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre, which is just a little further along the river from Crown, and Etihad Stadium where you can watch Aussie Rules football (Australian Football League) or the many other major events they hold there.
The Sea Life Aquarium and Melbourne Immigration Museum are very close.

Getting Around:
Melbourne is a great city to walk around and soak up the vibe and enjoy the sights, shopping, restaurants, gardens and architecture. As soon as you step outside your apartment you are instantly immersed in Melbourne. The apartment is in Melbourne free tram zone and there are tram stops right outside on Flinders Street, also within minutes of your apartment is Flinders Street Station and Southern Cross train station.
