All the bed linens and bedding sheets plus the towels are old, turned yellow and the bed sheets and pillows are smelly, they are washing them in their only washing machines and hang try, needs professional cleaning services.

Honestly very disappointed with this apartment stay. When we arrived, no one answered the phone at all, which left us stranded outside trying to figure out how to check in. After traveling, the last thing you want is stress and uncertainty like that. Communication is extremely important in hospitality, and unfortunately this experience fell short. The apartment itself may be fine, but the lack of responsiveness really affected our first impression and overall experience.

What You See is not What You Get

The location is great—it's near Ben Thanh market, and the condo is surrounded by multiple shopping plazas and convenience stores. However, what you see in the photos is not the same as what you get when you check in. The host allowed my family to do early check-in which was great since we traveled with elders and a baby. The host provided towels and toilet papers as requested promptly. There was one hiccup with the shower head and was addressed by the host within 2 days. I would come back but the condo really need a deep clean.

Room condition was minimal and the check in was so difficult and self maintained. I stayed for 4 days but on the 3rd day my arrive late but without any support to help by property owner, we already denied entry. So upsad with the whole experience. The property owner unable to correctly communicate with us and complain about our aitude . That is no service. At end i request a refu d and was declined. So no furher discussion on how yo check out vecaasuse the property owner rfusrd to talk. Iverall very poor and i don't amyone shold try my bad experience. But hotel.com took good cate oe and manage the remain proceess. Thank you for great professionalism
