What a great little property with all the amenities of home. 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to amazing supermarket & 5 minutes to coffee shops/ cafes! Easy drive to Glenelg. Beautiful beach & fabulous restaurants too!
This property is situated literally across the road from the train station making commuting easy (however there is a bit of noise from the station early in the morning)
I loved that the kitchen is equipped with basic items (salt, pepper, oil) meaning that you don’t have to take that.
Secure front yard for dogs. Our dogs are little & there was a big plank of wood that we were able to wedge under the gate then used access through the garage.
Garage is lockable for single car.
Two bathrooms made showering easy!
If I had any criticisms, it would be one tv meaning the nights in were difficult with everyone having to agree on one show!
