Burwood Council beach rentals

The property is amazing. It provides everything one would need. We stayed for 9 nights and enjoyed it tremendously. The property managers were very communicative and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Property had everything U needed, and extraOwners gave welcoming food gift, which was a nice touch, and lots food in pantry/ fridge.Beds very comfortable.Parking spot available in front of garage.also property very safe as gated and need key get into yard, and hence to access stairs. Laundry at back yard, easy to access.Pool welcome with older children...really nice setup.Public transport very easy to access city.Owners quick respond any issue. Recommend

Great property and great location

This accommodation is a real gem. The hosts - Toby and Judy - take an immense pride in the quality and upkeep of what is the first floor and around 50% of their home. Every amenity is provided and also extra touches which include fresh flowers every day. They are keen to ensure that your stay will be a most comfortable and enjoyable experience. My wife and I look forward to staying in this property again when we return to Sydney in future.

The apartment was booked for my parents over 3 weeks and they loved it. The pool was used daily, the apartment itself was beautiful and they got on really well with the property manager Chris who by all accounts really looked after them during their stay.

In mid-January we had a lovely few days with our granddaughter in Yvonne's beautifully presented and spacious apartment. Everything we could have possibly desired (and much more) was provided in the fully equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable with quality linen and there was an abundance of towels. The location close to the beach and shopping precinct was perfect. Highly recommended.

Everything you see in the pictures and more. Lovely and clean, plenty of room. Close to beach & eating out places. The host is the most lovely lady & the little added treats just make you feel that more welcome. Advise anyone looking to stay near the beach that this place is worth it!!
