From the minute we arrived we appreciated all the little treats and luxury features of this property. We loved the bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces. We had difficulty selecting a bedroom, but that was because the choices were richly decorated and oozed comfort. The gardens are delightful and the whole estate was peaceful and quietIn short we were in an oasis of luxury in a beautiful part of the Tamar Valley

Our stay was wonderful. Deviot is wonderfully located right on the Tamar River. Lovely walks and picturesque locations are close at hand. Our pickers hut was perfect, located in a beautifully boutique vineyard. We felt comfortably at home right away. The cabin was snug and warm when needed and perfectly ventilated when we needed a breeze. The screens shaded the inside on the surprisingly high uv summer days. At night the full moon and stars felt wonderfully close through the large picture window. We felt privacy without feeling isolated. We were able to enjoy the abundant wildlife and beautiful scenery of the Tamar Valley. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Comfortable quiet private clean fantastic outlook

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Koze House. You would never tire of the gorgeous view out the front. We stayed at the end of April and found the house to be warmer than expected as it gets the sun on the windows during the day. The house is indeed cozy and well equiped. Such a beautiful property highly recommend.
