The house catered fantastically for 8 adults , with plenty of room. It was modern and excellently presented. The location is a short walk down to great coffee, breakfast and Pizza. The curtesy bus from Catalina club was a short few minute drive away. Highly recommended, we only used a small part of what the house offered.

We stayed here over a long weekend with our two kids (3 and 1), mum and grandad. The house has gorgeous views, a very well stocked kitchen, and is lovely and clean. Our kids enjoyed the selection of books and little toys they had. Fabulous location - lilli pilli beach was perfect for young kids. Would at stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had an extremely enjoyable six day family get-together with 4-5 adults and our dog. The house was exactly as described and better. We found the house extremely clean, roomy and comfortable. The house was well presented inside and out. Open planned Very well equipped large kitchen and dining area adjoining family room which had very big tv and lots of comfortable sofas. All beds were comfortable with nice linen and pillows. Outside covered eating area and big backyard for kids and dog. Neighbourhood was always quiet. Five minute walk to a large uncrowded beach, large dog beach. Five minute walk to nice cafe. Two coffee machines, a large Barista Expresso machine to make a fresh ground coffee and a pod machine. Very good wifi, Netflix on all three tvs. The adjoining new National Park beach walk starts a few minutes from house and within half an hour of a scenic nature hike you have access to several beautiful deserted beaches. Batemans Bay Aldi, Woolies and Coles and restaurants are less than a 15 minute drive away. We had absolutely no complaints throughout our stay. Tim and Deb were great hosts who communicated quickly when needed. Very highly recommended.

It certainly is a Gorgeous Beach House, 100% clean with all of the mod cons and a huge backyard and outdoor patio / deck very suitable and spacious for our very spoilt Golden Retrievers. My wife and I stayed upstairs and our friends with their two 13-year-olds downstairs, perfect privacy when needed. The beach is very dog friendly, and the June & July sunshine was divine. Batemans Bay with it's restaurants, Pubs and Clubs etc., is only 20 minutes away, all in all our 3-weeks in South Durras was truly relaxing.

We were staying for work at Bateman bay
