We had a wonderful, relaxing stay with Mark and Judith. The images on the ad don't do justice to The Old Shack. It is comfy, extremely well designed and built and an ideal place for a get away from the rat race. I loved the peaceful, unique location and the home felt spacious and luxurious.The activities for the kids were terrific, keeping them entertained for hours.I highly recommend this property, I would definitely like to stay again.

One of the most beautiful experiences we have ever had and one of the most wonderful places we have stayed in. The place is very beautiful and quiet, the best destination for relaxation. Sarah was very kind to us and made sure that everything was completely ready before our arrival. This will definitely not be the last time. It will be our favorite place to go whenever we need a place to relax away from the noise.

We sat for hours on the deck overlooking the river below, watching the kookaburras and little birds. Then for some star gazing in the spa. Perfect couples retreat. Thank you!

We booked this place for a special birthday and we’re not disappointed. Only can recommend. If you require a late check out, let the owners know at the beginning of your booking. Don’t wait for them to contact you closer to the date as that might be too late like in our case. Wonderful location to hang out with friends, kids and pets. We will be back.
