Upper deck of this modern three-level vacation home. Ample seating and gas fire pit make this THE hangout spot after a day at the beach.

Great location, inadequate living space for 8 people

Have stayed in Newport many times. Location great walk to everywhere. For a home renovated in 2022 it was a bit tired.

Superb!

Andrew was very accommodating. He allowed us to stay until 6pm as we weren't flying out until 11pm at night as well as early check-in. He provided useful activities to do on our 'free' day - which was amazing. The kids were also provided with a Treasure Hunt upon arriving at the house which resulted in a variety of treasures including a Disney shirt which we all wore to Disneyland. It was very convenient (walking) to Disneyland.
