Southfield rentals with pool

Wahid and Sam were brilliant hosts for this property. Communication was excellent, accomodating to all our needs. Close proximity to shops and many choices for transport in and around London. Quiet location - double glazed windows. Family friendly and a safe area with park opposite. Well equipped kitchen with everything one could ask for. Sam went out of his way to make our stay comfortable providing two fans during the recent heat wave at a moments notice. Our stay was extended by half a day due to our international flight home being delayed and hosts were accomodating. Could not fault this lovely home in any way. Thank you Sam and Wahid!

Lovely apartment with plenty of privacy and room. Very close to cafes, restaurants and public transport with bus and train just around the corner, it was easy to get around and didn’t take very long on the underground to get into central London. Simon and Zoe our host were lovely and we had good communication between us. The only drawback with the property would be the stairs which could be an issue for someone who has mobility issues, but apart from that I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again if coming back to London.

Although the property was nice enough & the check in process was easy I have to express that we were disappointed overall. There was a distinct moldy smell upon entering the home & this prevailed for the entire stay. The majority of lights flickered & the downstairs toilet one failed to work. There is a concrete courtyard but no garden & small amenities such as tea towels & a dish cloth were not left for us to utilize. We’ve stayed at a number of self contained homes in the UK & this one just didn’t measure up. The area is lively & there are good restaurants and bars nearby. Easy access to buses & the tube.
