Serendipity is situated in the most perfect position at Smiths Lake. Situated at the boat ramp and the famous Frothy Coffee everything is right there for the perfect holiday. The surf can be heard crashing on the sand as the Sandbar separates Smiths Lake from the ocean. The views are spectacular and breakfast on the balcony whilst you feed the kookaburras is an experience not to be missed as you watch the pelicans sitting on the beach and the fish jumping. The children can play on the sand and swim in the Lake whilst you laze either on the balcony and watch or join them in this wonderful setting. The architect designed house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and there is a flat with two single beds and a bathroom. The backyard is fenced securely. Serendipity is fully equipped to make your holiday easy care and carefree. An afternoon cocktail watching the sun set finishes off a perfect day in paradise.

3 hrs north of Sydney and just 20min south of Forster. Five minutes from Blueys, Boomerang and Elizabeth Beaches. Local shops within walking distance. Hire a boat, buy some bait, swim water ski or just enjoy the peace and tranquility of this beautiful part of the world. It truly is just another day in paradise.
