Serendipity is situated in the most perfect position at Smiths Lake. Situated at the boat ramp and the famous Frothy Coffee everything is right there for the perfect holiday. The surf can be heard crashing on the sand as the Sandbar separates Smiths Lake from the ocean. The views are spectacular and breakfast on the balcony whilst you feed the kookaburras is an experience not to be missed as you watch the pelicans sitting on the beach and the fish jumping. The children can play on the sand and swim in the Lake whilst you laze either on the balcony and watch or join them in this wonderful setting. The architect designed house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and there is a flat with two single beds and a bathroom. The backyard is fenced securely.
