Aroha Beach Retreat features : Two large open plan air conditioned living areas. Two lounge areas, a reading nook. Computer or laptop area with Wireless Broadband and Childrens toy box. Austar/Mystar & DVD are available in main living area with additional Austar in 3 bedrooms. Polished dark wooden floors throughout with tiled separate living area.
Modern Kitchen is fully equipped and features Stone top benches, Double Fridge/Freezer with Ice and Water dispensers, Dishwasher and Microwave.
Four well appointed bedrooms with built-ins two with ensuite access.
Master Bedroom : King (opens to pool and deck) wth walk-in wardrobe. Includes TV & Austar
Bedroom 2 : Queen (opens to pool and deck) Includes TV, DVD, Austar and a separate sofa
Bedroom 3 : Large Double
Bedroom 4 : 2 or 3 x Single optional set up 1x King with Single or King on its own. Also includes TV & Austar (opens to rear garden area).
Linen is provided in the House rental. Beds are stylishly dressed with Logan and Mason bed linen. Beach towels are also provided for each guest bedroom.
Two large luxury bathrooms. Bathroom 1 includes open shower and bath. Bathroom 2 features a double shower. Luxurious bath towels are provided in the House rental with complimentary Sanctum Organic bath/shower products. The house has three toilets.
In-ground salt water pool and large beautifully presented outdoor entertainment area including BBQ, dining and seated lounge area.
Childrens play area in rear garden (fully fenced) with swings, slide and sandpit.
Aroha is fully fenced with security camera entrance to ensure absolute privacy, surrounded by lush tropical gardens.
