Welcome to Walkerville Cottage!
Located on Walkerville Tce, Walkerville, the cottage is within walking distance of parklands, North Adelaide and Rundle Street. There are many local conveniences within meters such as a doctors surgery, chemist, local post office, supermarket, chiropractor, beauty therapist, hairdresser, liquor store, take away foods and a local pub.
The property has a remote control garage for 1 car and is situated just meters from a bus stop that can take you into the city.
The cottage has been designed for executives, couples or families who want a little more home life whilst travelling rather than being confined to a hotel room.
Walkerville Cottage is comprised of two bedrooms. Bedroom one contains a QS bed and bedroom 2 contains 2 single beds. The property idealy sleeps 4, however there is also a double sofa bed that can be utilised at a small extra charge.
The property has reverse cycle ducted air conditioning throughout and has been completely renovated with high quality modern finishes. There is also a small courtyard.
The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher and stove, microwave, full size fridge, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking facilities.
The living area includes a television, DVD player, Ipod dock, etc
There outdoor area and seating provides an alternative setting in which to relax and enjoy your breakfast or an afternoon beverage.
