Lovely Lounge / dining area with a 50 inch TV and DVD player. Newly renovated with air conditioner, this is a fully self contained home.
Close to all amenities and bus to Fremantle down the road 100 meters.

NOTE: There is a maintentance/gardener which attends the property regularly.
