Description

This is a partly-renovated 2 storey holiday cottage,close to all the popular attractions.
It is brightly decorated and has many original artworks - both local and some collected during travels overseas.
Upstairs has polished boards, living, dining, kitchen, family room (with one single bed) a double bedroom and bathroom. The large deck has a bbq and great water views.
Downstairs has new carpet, a cosy living room, a queen bedroom, a single bedroom, bathroom and laundry.
There is off-street parking.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome.(fenced yard and kennel)
NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUPS.

Bedroom setup

There are 2 bedrooms and a study - beds are -one queen, one double, one sofa bed and there is a single bed in the family room.Pillows, doonas, blankets, towels are all supplied.
Please bring your own linen.

  • "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Arthouse. Enjoying the deck (which we shared with a Possum and Kookaburra) was definitely a highlight. Cottage was clean, tidy, comfortable and nicely decorated, wonderful common spaces and lots of light. Pam directed us to a nearby market where we picked up fresh local produce to cook up in the well equipped kitchen and devoured out on the beautiful deck. Great, peaceful location, beautiful views and a short drive to all Jervis Bay attractions. Looking forward to returning. "

  • "At easter my family enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Lakeside Arthouse.Sitting on the huge balcony and enjoying the lovely view was excellent and we made the most of the great weather by having our meals sitting on the balcony watching the lovely native birds feed as we relaxed.The house set up was perfect because my daughter and her boyfriend were with us and there are 2 living areas so they could have their privacy and so could we.There is a lovely enclosed yard where our dogs could have a run around and the walking track along the water was just perfect for me to take our 2 little pugs for a morning and afternoon walk."They loved it there." The house was cosy and very clean and we felt very much at home there. Thanks Pam for allowing us to enjoy your lovely home and we will definately be returning in the future if possible. P.S If you are visiting with your doggies dont forget to get down to Hyam's Beach your doggies will love it and so will you."
