'The Pines' is a lovingly restored federation home set on a working dairy farm in the hills above Kiama. Located on Saddleback Mountain, the house has full views up and down the coast. 'The Pines' has been fully renovated and boasts a large, open plan kitchen, modern bathroom and ensuite, 3 large bedrooms (Master bedroom with Queen Bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 singles), large dining and living rooms, beautiful gardens, outdoor dining area and secure parking.

'The Pines' was built at the end of the 19th century and has been in the same dairy-farming family ever since. The property has many original features including the heritage rock walls which are a popular attraction.

As part of the upgrade 'The Pines' is now eco-friendly, running on Wind power and Solar hot water. We hope that by making these changes the farm will be sustainable for many generations to come!
