This supremely comfortable house is situated in the sought after "Silverleaves" area just 200m from the popular Cowes Golf Club and 300m from a safe and secluded bay beach.
A member of the Phillip Island Holiday Homes group, "The Haven" is fully fenced, and furnished with comfortable beds, all kitchen and laundry appliances and products, plus TV (with Austar/Foxtel), DVD and CD player. Other features include a selection of books, magazines, games and DVDs, a soothing spa bath and hot/cold outdoor shower.
The quiet court location makes this house perfect for young families and the house is set up with this in mind. All weather conditions are catered for with reverse cycle air conditioning and a warming wood heater (all wood supplied) for those cold winter nights.
To top it off there is a gas barbecue and 10 seater outdoor setting, protected by a sailcloth, for those beautiful summer afternoons and evenings.

The Haven is configured to comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 10...
Bedroom 1: One queen size bed
Bedroom 2: One queen size bed
Bedroom 3: One set of tri-bunks* and one single bed
Bedroom 4: One set of tri-bunks* and one single bed
* Tri-bunks consist of a double lower and a single upper.
All beds are equipped with pillows, doonas and doona covers. Guests are required to provide their own linen unless otherwise arranged. All linen, including top & bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, facecloths & bathmats can be provided, with beds made up before arrival and stripped after departure, for a minimal fee. Linen hire is compulsory for one-night stays.
Linen hire charges: $30 per Queen or double bed/bunk and $15 per single bed/bunk. Charges apply per stay.
