Sandpiper On The Beach is a luxury beachfront home near Port Macquarie on the mid North Coast of NSW. Located on pristine unspoilt Dunbogan Beach, 5 mins to the nearby shops of Laurieton and only 30 minutes from Port Macquarie. Offering ultra modern accommodation with spectacular views of this magnificent beach and headlands and direct beach access. Sandpiper is the perfect place for a relaxing beachfront holiday on the mid north coast of NSW, located in an unspolit direct beachfront situation, yet with all the convenience of town not far away.

You can relax on the 10 kms of pristine white sandy beach directly in front of the house, surf, swim, walk, or just relax in the landscaped grounds. The area is surrounded by National Parks and waterways, and there are a multitude of activities that can be enjoyed. Or you can just laze on one of the many pristine beaches or visit the local restaurants, cafes and wineries. Cook up a seafood feast fresh from the Laurieton seafood co-op, or go to the movies at Laurieton theatre.

"Just a short note to say that both your house and Dunbogan Beach were exactly what myself and Bronwyn were expecting !
On two days we had the beach totally to ourselves .
Your home was perfect for a beach holiday, even though there was only the two of us .
I would happily refer anyone to stay there . I think next time, after our comments to our friends , we may have some 'extras'.
Your recommendations of where to eat were 'spot on' , Relish and Sandbar were very good and the co-op had us as regular customers for lunch ( I think everyday bar one ).
The walks in the National Parks were superb, even the local theatre had a lot of charm.
Although one day we went to Port for the day and it had been about 10 years since I had been there , I think it will be another 10 , give me Dunbogan !

Property Details

Luxury modern, two storey, 3 bedroom home with double internal auto garage. Located on 1600 sq m of landscaped grounds fronting pristine 10 km surf beach. The property is close to nearby National Parks with Kattang Nature Reserve to the North and Crowdy Bay National Park running South to Diamond Head and on to Crowdy Head.

Accommodation for 4 adults plus children. Maximum 4 adults and total maximum of 6 people

Large open plan living areas with polished boards, opening to entertaining deck. Spectacular views of the beach from headland to headland. Living areas include SONY 40inch full HD TV, Blue Ray/DVD player, stereo, leather lounge and quality furniture. Features floor to ceiling glass doors opening to entertaining deck to take in the spectacular views.

Two bedrooms have queen size beds and air con, one bedroom with twin beds, main with ensuite and LCD TV, all bedrooms downstairs. Modern well equiped stainless and granite kitchen. Main bathroom downstairs, extra toilet upstairs. Family room with TV. Extensively landscaped grounds.

Split system airconditioning in living areas and two bedrooms, gas BBQ, outside hot shower, fully equiped laundry, solar hot water.

This is a fantastic place. You won't be disappointed.

Dunbogan is part of the Camden Haven area located 30 kms south of the city of Port Macquarie on the mid north coast of NSW, and five minutes from the commercial centre of Laurieton. The Camden Haven River runs from the foothills of the Great Dividing Range to the sea, where the three holiday towns of North Haven, Laurieton and Dunbogan are located. The North Brother Mountain, in Dooragang National Park, which provides a spectacular backdrop to the area and scenic views from its summit, dominates the area.

The area is surrounded by National Parks, providing bushwalks with spectacular scenery. There are vast lakes, the river system and a number of beaches, both wild and sheltered, allowing unlimited access to water based activities. The hinterland area provides for scenic drives, spectacular rainforest walks with waterfalls, not to mention the renowned Macadamia Farm Cafe at Lorne and the Udder Cow Cafe at Comboyne.

Surfing, fishing (river, lake, beach and deep sea), scuba diving and snorkeling, bushwalking, scenic drives, swimming, hang gliding and paragliding, windsurfing, waterskiing, cycling, horseriding, boating and canoeing, cruises, National Parks and Nature Reserves, forests, picnics, golf, tennis, squash, bowls, wine tasting, movies.

Pilot Beach is just up the road and is the best kept secret on the coast - sheltered and ideal for children or swimming laps.
