This unique beachhut is set on a large 1 acre block of land on the beach
This is considered possibly the largest Beach Front on the Central Coast with the Pacific Ocean coming right up to the front of our property. To the rear of the property is a lagoon with a private jetty. So between the beach and lagoon this property is surrounded on 3 sides with water.

Comfortable beach house with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms inside and a 3rd exterior bathroom, plus a cold water outside shower for removing the excess sand.
Plasma screen, 2 TVs and 2 DVD players . X- Box console also !
Broadband Internet connection point and wireless availability allow you to keep in touch when away from the office.

Location

1 hr north of Sydney at the southern end of Ocean Beach (Emerald Cove) just 5 min by car from Pearl beach, or walk around the rocks on the beach track. You can also travel by ferry/water taxi from Palm Beach to nearby Ettalong.

All the fun things one does at an absolute beach front ! Enjoy all types of water activities or soak up the sun.
Boating , fishing, wind surfing, surfing, swimming.
Local activities also include bushwalking, art galleries, whale watching when in season.

"We had a family get together for a 3 day weekend. The house was everything we wanted plus more. The location couldn't have been better, right on the beach, and with plenty of room for the kids to fly kites. We all enjoyed ourselves immensely and will definitely stay there again. The views were outstanding. The outdoor facilities were great as well, bbq etc. Couldn't fault it at all, excellent!"
