This unique beachhut is set on a nearly an acre of lawn right on the beach.
It might possibly be the largest Beach Front on the Central Coast with the Pacific Ocean coming right up to the front of our property. To the rear of the property is a lagoon, and at the side is a creek - so surrounded on 3 sides by water ! There is even a mini 3 hole golf course to have fun with.[not for serious golfers!]
Comfortable older style beach house with 5 bedrooms
We can accommodate up to 12 people.
BR 1 king bed, BR 2 queen bed, BR 3 single bed and a set of bunk beds, BR 4 single bed and a set of bunk beds,BR 5 twin beds.Bed linen and bath towel is provided but please bring your beach towels.
2 bathrooms inside [ one is an en-suite]. Ajoining the patio area at the rear of the house there is another bathroom and seperate toilet, plus a cold water outside shower - all very convenient if covered in sand.
Relaxing - 42" Plasma screen, DVD player, X-box console upstairs,downstairs another TV, DVD player , and a sound system.
Broadband Internet connection point and wireless availability allow you to keep in touch when away from the office.
The kitchen is well equipped with full size fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, crockery,glasses, cutlery, and all the usual kitchen utensils.
A gas BBQ and outdoor setting set up on the patio area.

Location
Just over an 1 hr north of Sydney at the southern end of Ocean Beach. The quieter end of the beach great for children, and the surfers can walk about 100m up the beach for surfing conditions. Emerald Cove is just 5 min by car from Pearl beach, or walk around the rocks on the beach track. You can also travel by ferry/water taxi from Palm Beach to nearby Ettalong if you do not want to drive up.

Despite the torrential rain we all enjoyed ourselves very much! It's a beautiful house in a spectacular location and very spacious. Thankfully the sunshine came out on Sunday so we were able to have some fun outside in the huge garden too.
We really loved the set up, and had so much room even with 12 of us. The property is really well catered for and us girls enjoyed a glass of the complimentary bubbles!

My family and I just spent an amazing weekend at Emerald Cove. It is the perfect place to relax and lovely to be able to have so many people staying together and not get under each other's feet. We loved the spacious grounds - perfect for sport lovers.
I would highly recommend it. We shall certainly be returning. 3 days was not enough

For the wettest summer on record, we somehow managed to visit the beach house on a weekend that gave as gorgeous weather. The location is fabulous for adults and children, the beach perfect for the young ones and all of us had a wonderful weekend away. We had a great time and would love to return for another visit.

This was a fabulous stay, we enjoyed 3 days over the long weekend. The weather was cold and clowing but the house was warm and comfortable. We could enjoy good food and look at the beach and the sea. Its a great house. We were too families with 4 kids, very roomy and more could have stayed.

Hi, We renter this property over long weekend. The weather was attrocious..shocking..but we still had a fantastic holiday cause the house was so comfortable, warm and sheltered. We were able to enjoy the beach and retreat to the house for good food and comfort and enjoy the views still from the warmth of the house.
Well presented comfortable and all you you require is available. Great holiday. :)

My family have just returned from our fantastic four days away at emerald cove beach house. The house was big enough for our grandchildren mums and dads to all get together. The position was wonderful right on the beach with lots of grassed area around the house for ball games etc. We would love to go back as soon as everybody can get together again. Thank you emerald cove for a wonderul weekend.

We had a mother daughter weekend away, and what a fantastic place to stay. We had 5 adults and 5 girls and there was so much room. Waking up to the beach at our front door meant an early morning swim was a must. It was a great week end and none of us wanted to go home. :)

We had a lovely time. I appreciated the china/wine glasses provided and all the kitchen equipment was of good quality. We have stayed at other places down at the snow and have had to put up with odd cups etc. The outdoor entertaining area was well equiped too. We will be back.
On another note, a security screen door on the bedroom downstairs facing the beach would be a good idea as this room gets very hot and to have a door open during the night to get a breeze would be wonderful.

We had a family get together for a 3 day weekend. The house was everything we wanted plus more. The location couldn't have been better, right on the beach, and with plenty of room for the kids to fly kites. We all enjoyed ourselves immensely and will definitely stay there again.
The views were outstanding. The outdoor facilities were great as well, bbq etc.
Couldn't fault it at all, excellent!

A lovely holiday home that is literally on the beach. There were 10 of us and still had plenty of space with a good entertaining area out the back.

I had an absolutely fantastic time at Emerald Cove. Everything was as it seemed on the website and even more. I'd recommend anyone with an urge to relax on beachfront propery with a 360 degree view of water, trees and hills to stay on this property. The neighbours are extremely friendly. The golf course was great for entertaining everyone and when you get too hot in the open sun, the beach comes right up to the front lawn for a quick dip. Thank you very much Beach Hut Holidays for one of your 5 marvellous holdiday houses. I'll be sure to visit again and recommend everyone to try this and your other locations. If they are anything like this place, they will have an unbelievable experience.

As I pulled into Emerald Cove a smile took over my face. What an amazing property ! Sweeping lawns led us staight onto the beach. An inspirational walk along the beach with my friends prepared us for what was to become a great weekend. Great place, great atmoshere, we'll be back !

Emerald Cove was everything that was promised and more. The owners have obviously put in alot of time to ensure a fabulous stay with everything you need for a great holiday. I have been to so many holiday rentals where you can't find a sharp knife or plate to serve food on but the kitchen crockery,cutlery & utensils were outstanding - it makes it so much easier when everything is provided. The rooms were immaculate, and the space outstanding. The outdoor area was the focus of our gathering and a great space to enjoy with friends. Everyone had a fantastic time and we hope to visit again next year!

A superb house right on the beachfront with the lagoon at the back door. It was perfect for the four families who stayed there with adequate bedrooms, living areas and outdoor areas. We had fantastic weather and it was simply a great weekend. It was lovely to wake up and draw the curtains and see the sunrise over the beach. We will go and stay at the other properties belonging to the group as they also look great houses for groups.
