Description
This grand old Victorian, recently restored to a high standard, is perfect for groups of up to 12 - weddings, family birthdays, and reunions, girls' getaways and festival weekends! Suitable for children 7 years and over, it is self catering and self contained.
Just a short stroll to the main street, it is in a quiet and private location, in a no-through road only five doors from Lake Daylesford Reserve.
The Tiv provides quality, comfort and space, with six gorgeous bedrooms in the main house and the two semi-detached guest wings, The Studio and The Terrace. There are nine beds - 3QS, and six single beds. There are three bathrooms and a powder room, including a large two person spa, air-conditioning and central heating, and in the large living area there is a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, huge entertainer fridge, dishwasher, and generous dining table that seats up to 12.
Come and relax, so close to town but enjoying peaceful views to the hills from the front verandah, with large carport and off street parking for four cars.
The library beckons you to curl up with a book and glass of wine, and the patio, private back yard and shady verandahs offer peaceful nooks and sunset views.
