You will fall in love wth the THE DUNES . Perfect for two....or share with friends and family. Jervis Bay at your door to explore with Culburra Beach 2 minutes walk to swim.Stunning gardens with outdoor lighting, a big bonus.Huge covered outdoor BBQ eatery.There is 5 bedrooms ,4 Queen 1 Double 1 Single,and 4 bathrooms.Will sleep up to 11adults with lots of space to enjoy,with also giving you private time if you need.   • "For the ten people that shared the house, The Dunes was a fantastic place to stay! It managed not only to be cosy with the spacious main house but also provided a sense of privacy with the separate bungalows. The house is very clean with the bedrooms and kitchen being nice and modern. The kitchen being well equipped with utensils, pots and pans was a great bonus. The best part of staying at The Dunes is definitely the location! Just an extremely short walk to the beach that allowed easy to and fro visits to the beach definitely made staying at The Dunes a great experience! "

  • "the dunes is awesome! it was perfect for our 5 couple retreat, couldnt believe the amount of space we had considering the size of the house, it never felt over crowded..who needs a trip to south east asia when you have the dunes! the short 30-40 metre walk over the sand dunes to the beach was so convenient..Roger was very prompt with any queries we had and i would definetly recommend the dunes to anyone! p.s. barefoot bowls at culburra bowling club is a must!"

Suitable for large groups with plenty of room to escape for alone time. The individual bungalows are a welcome surprise too. The kitchen is well equiped and board games are on hand. The perfect getaway. "

  • "The DUNES is a magnificent property only a couple of minutes walk from the beach, with spacious living areas, delightful d��cor and plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for a large group. The barbecue and kitchen well stocked with "things you might forget" such as egg rings and shot glasses makes planning the trip even easier. It's also pet friendly for those who have animals and well maintained by friendly owner Roger. Have stayed more than once and would not hesitate to stay there again."

  • "Spent an absolutely fantastic weekend at The Dunes with a big group of adults and kids. The property is gorgeous - true to the pictures - very spacious with lots of space inside and out. The outdoor areas and garden are lovely - it's all been perfectly done to provide a sense of privacy from any surrounding properties. Also loved the fact that the beach was 2 mins walk away - no need to pack the kids into the car! Everybody loved our weekend there and we were all talking about doing it again - the only complaint was that we didn't stay longer."
